Professional Developers of Iowa (PDI) and Iowa Association of Chambers of Commerce (IACC) are teaming up for Spring Training 2026 with one clear focus: helping professionals adapt to change, build resilience, and connect with purpose.
Shift Happens: Adapt, Build, and Connect training focuses on accepting that change is inevitable and learning how to respond to it effectively in the workplace. Through practical, leadership-focused sessions, attendees will explore strategies to adapt to change, build resilience and confidence, and strengthen their ability to lead and collaborate during times of transition.
